I woke up not feeling well today. My throat and body ached. I thought I would press through but the harder I tried the more I realized I would have to rest. When I walked into my kitchen after lunch, the red tulips I had purchased earlier in the week were in full bloom and shining. I walked over to them and spritzed them with a little water intending to photograph them and I found this little lady clinging to a petal. I am not sure she wanted a bath, but she got one. The next 15 minutes made me forget about being sick as I followed her with my camera around and around the glistening perimeters of the flowers. She was fast but would stop to rest (or drink) once in awhile. Everyone needs a visit from a cheerful friend when they are not feeling well. Today, I got to visit with a lady bug.
Grateful for the little things today. God always knows just what I need. He brought my 365 project to my kitchen table and and gladness to my heart.
James 1:17 ~”Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not changelike shifting shadows.”

Isn’t it still amazing to see how God meets us with every need – right where we are, even when it is in our kitchens. What a wonderful reminder! Your photos today are just stunning and capture the wonder of His creation! Thanks for sharing!
