If I could, I would be more like the flowers. How they teach me. They are unwavering in their worship, knowing they must unfold to shine. It is this vulnerability, this stretching open, that unlocks their exquisite beauty. They don’t appear to hesitate to respond to the promptings of their sun, as they reveal their deepest places unfurling fragile wisps of color. And in their openness, they offer fragrant sacrifices.
They know the deepest secret. When we lose ourselves in worship and trust, we finally become all we were meant to be.
May my life be a fragrant offering to my King. Just like the flowers.
Ephesians 5:2 ~”Follow God’s example, therefore, as dearly loved children and walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.”

Absolutely stunning…both the pictures and the words. Thank you for sharing.
Mom! I love this! So beautiful… perfect.
Responding!!
Legit.
Oh, to live with that kind of vulnerable courage….to respond without hesitation because it is a part of your inner being….because it is what you are created to do…..not worrying about anything or anyone else. I am hoping your beautiful words and images will stick with me for those times when I need to be encouraged to open up without all the second guessing and self-doubt….
Beautiful!!
