Day 71 Portrait of Johnny

I am so grateful my boy let me take his portrait today for my project. This image portrays him so well. He is a deep-thinking, melancholy soul. Sometimes when he tells me what he is thinking or feeling I am blown away by the wisdom he has. He is  so much like his daddy and I couldn’t ask for more than that.

I love to watch him play his guitar. He loves music – creating it, playing it and listening to it. He is a brilliant song writer and producer.

Okay I am a little proud of my boy.

My mom loved Johnny so much. She often told me how special he was. It’s hard when one of your biggest fans leaves this world. He knew she was always so proud of him. She would be thrilled to know that he will most likely graduate summa cum laude from UGA next fall. She would be there with bells on if she were here.

Thank you my boy for volunteering for my project again today. You made my day and now I have another portrait of you.
