I am grateful to worship a mysterious God. I cannot box him up neatly or know what he is going to do next, or even why. He has no equal. He is God and there is no one like him. And although I do not understand him, I love him. For all the things I cannot fathom, I know he is good and he loves me.
This enigmatic God who flings stars into the blackest of nights, orchestrates high tides and heavy harvest moons, also counts the hairs on my head and whispers love songs over me.
Great, mysterious God. I am so glad that I am yours.
Zephaniah 3:17 ~“The Lord your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; in his love he will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing.”
Job 11:7-9 ~”Can you fathom the mysteries of God? Can you probe the limits of the Almighty? They are higher than the heavens above—what can you do? They are deeper than the depths below—what can you know? Their measure is longer than the earth and wider than the sea.”

I so much agree with you. And I’m sorry I haven’t clicked over to your website for a while (one gets terribly lazy when one reads in a feed service) because I didn’t realise you had such a beautiful new header. Wow. It’s lovely.
