Time to Rest

When I have done all I can, when decisions have been made, and when I have finally come to the end of myself; it is time to rest. It is time to rest and trust in the God who can take care of all things. I will lay my body down, quiet my soul, untangle my mind, and rest. Casting my cares, I can unfurl, the tightly wound places opening now peacefully in the safety of His shadow. Unfurl, untether, unwind. Relax, receive, renew. Worship and rest in the presence of the One who loves me most. He is God and I will trust Him. He has me and I am His.
Rest now.
