When the world spins too fast, and you cannot discern what to do, when you feel your very life draining from you, and hope is nearly snuffed out. When you cannot find the strength to cry, or pray eloquent prayers.
Open your hands, and pour out your heart to God. He is near. He is never far away. Just open your hands and give Him all the pieces. He knows how all this should fit together.
