“What shall I write in the bubble?”, she asks of me.” Whatever you want to dream about, ” I answered, smiling. She drew a heart and lay down beside it. Hmm. Could it be about all her love for her family, or her fondness of being home for the summer, or the red skippies on her feet? Or, maybe, just maybe, it is about that boy who is far away right now. Maybe that heart holds all of those things. Whatever it holds, it is beautiful.
