I am quiet at home, waiting for Janey’s sweet puppies to come and it has given me time to finally edit our images from this summer’s beach vacation. I can’t resist sharing some of them. These are some of my favorites. I asked Katie and her cousin Morgan to dance at sunset for me so I could photograph them before we left. Sigh. I am so glad they did.
My soul soaks in these images like a cool drink of water. I see God in all his glory. I see dancers, surrendered and bathed in holy light. I see reflections of heaven at their feet.
I see joy.
Let his name be glorified in all the earth. May we sense him supporting us as we clench our toes into the sand, leaping into freedom. May we leave our tethered and tangled worries behind as we surrender to his splendor.
I am taking time to be refreshed in all the parched places today. I hope these images can help you do the same. He is always available to quench and fill.
He is God and he is good.

Breathtaking! You’ve captured something incredible here…our heart’s song to God because of His great love for us.
Love these photos and the Word…just what I needed this morning after a tough week. Thank you. With a heart of worship, Gracia
Beautiful and such amazing light shining on God’s creation.
If seeing visual worship so touches the heart, what will it be to see our good God face to face?
Maryann, you are an amazing writer and a godly phototherapy, thank you for sharing these pages.
May I ask permission to use today’s blog entry in my journal?
It’s not published as I am in beginning stages of writing. If I need to ask for other permissions let me know ,
Thanks so much for blessing all of us today.
Goodness that’s a typo, should read photographer.
Perhaps it’s a Freudian slip of my autocorrect program.
